托福考试听力、口语、写作，如何备考？

　　托福听力该如何突破

　　听力同学们在做练习的时候，需要注意的是不需要做过多的精听。

　　精听是各位同学在备考听力时无法绕过的一道坎，也是冲击听力高分的高效练习途径。但精听只是手段，不是目的，很多同学在备考时把精听的优先级放得很高，在对基本的听力考点和考察方式都不了解的情况下就都花大量的时间进行精听，但最终发现不仅费时费力，而且收效甚微。

　　完成高效精听，需要带有极强的目的性记录逻辑框架，同时建立对于细节和考点的足够敏感度不需要做到长时间的专注和坚持!

　　拿分要点-口语要有自己的模板

　　口语除了跟读音频之外，也要有意识的练习TPO上面的题目。形成自己的模板。1)对于TASK1:最好是有几个自己常用的例子。考试的时候灵活使用这些例子来套话，当然，一定不能让老师看出明显的套话痕迹。

　　举个例子:有一个TPO口语TASK1的题目问的是出国读书，你想选择和朋友一起住还是和亲友一起住。一个段子如下:

　　2)对于TASK2-4，建议可以在平时多练习概括的能力，每次练习的时候都学会计时练习。参考一下别人的回答。这些内容在趴趴托福9上就可以找到，而且是不收费的。比如TASK2我是按照口语的练习方法其实挺枯燥的，就是对着APP录音，然后反复听，反复改进。

　　之前备考的时候，很多考生吐槽说自己练习口语的时候对着APP录音，非常傻，非常尴尬。但是口语确实应该是要那种你问我答、一来一回的形式就比较发挥出真实的水平。

　　尤其关键在于，考试前一周，我们需要把自己置于一个英语的环境之中，有条件的话每天和人用英文练习对话半小时，积累一种语感，那么几天下来，就会觉得自己说话会变得更流利一些，说错以及结巴的情况也会相应减少，毕竟说到底语言就是应该多用的。

　　托福写作2部分，分开计时

　　一篇写作要结合阅读和听力，时长20分钟，模式比较简单
